Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your reservation, you must do so at least 5 hours before your reservation. Later cancellations will not be considered. Additional discounts will be deducted upon arrival when you pay for the service. The Domination service is paid for with a 100% advance payment (When you pay for the service, you are committing to coming on the agreed date.) Advance payments are non-refundable. The payment will only be refunded in exceptional cases such as serious health problems or the death of a loved one, etc. In these cases, a valid official document must be submitted to refund the payment, which shows the status of your refund request.
